WolfHost includes a standalone white-labelled customer portal that runs on a configurable port (default 8443). Customers log in with credentials you create and can manage everything about their hosting.

Portal Sections

Dashboard — account overview, live container stats (CPU, memory, network), disk/bandwidth usage meters
Domains — add/remove primary domains, addon domains, and subdomains with DNS status tracking
FTP — create and manage FTP accounts with configurable quotas (default 1024 MB)
Email — create mailboxes, aliases, forwarders with SMTP/IMAP/POP3 connection settings and DNS record helper
Databases — create and manage MySQL/PostgreSQL databases with dedicated users
SSL — request and manage Let’s Encrypt certificates via Certbot with automatic www subdomain inclusion
Files — browser-based file manager for uploading, editing, and managing website files
Backups — create and restore backups with file size and timestamp tracking
Billing — view invoices and payment history with multi-currency support
Tickets — submit and track support requests with priority levels
Apps — one-click install from 12 apps: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, Nextcloud, Ghost, Laravel, Matomo, Roundcube, phpMyAdmin, Adminer, File Browser
Account — update profile, change password, enable TOTP two-factor authentication

Container Stats

The portal dashboard shows real-time resource usage for the customer’s container:

  • CPU — current CPU usage percentage
  • Memory — memory used vs limit with percentage
  • Network — total input and output bytes
  • Processes — active process (PID) count
  • Disk — visual usage meter against plan limit
  • Bandwidth — visual usage meter against plan limit

White-Label Branding

Make the customer portal your own. Every aspect of the portal appearance is customisable from the WolfHost admin panel:

  • Company name and tagline
  • Logo URL
  • Favicon emoji
  • Accent colour (primary and light)
  • Support email
  • Support URL

Your customers see your brand — no mention of WolfHost, WolfStack, or Wolf Software.

Authentication

  • Password security — Argon2 password hashing for all customer accounts
  • Session management — 24-hour session tokens (UUID format) with automatic expiry
  • Two-factor authentication — optional TOTP-based 2FA that customers enable from their account settings
