Admin Sections

  • Customers — create, edit, suspend, and delete customer accounts with full address management (line 1, line 2, city, state, zip, country) and internal notes. Customer statuses: active, suspended, pending, cancelled.
  • Plans — define and manage hosting packages with resource limits (disk, bandwidth, domains, FTP, email, databases, SSL), monthly and yearly pricing, feature lists, and sort ordering. Plans can be toggled active/inactive.
  • Services — assign plans to customers with billing cycle selection (monthly/yearly), disk and bandwidth usage tracking, expiration dates, and next billing date management. Service statuses: active, suspended, pending, expired, cancelled.
  • Invoices — view, create, and manage billing across all customers with multi-currency support (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD). Invoice statuses: paid, pending, overdue, cancelled. Payment timestamps recorded when marked as paid.
  • Tickets — respond to customer support requests with priority levels and status workflow (open, in progress, resolved, closed). Threaded replies between admin and customer.
  • Servers — view cluster nodes with container counts and resource usage. Provision new containers with smart node selection (least-loaded based on container count and memory usage). Live provisioning logs streamed via SSE.
  • Node IPs — override node IP addresses for environments where detected IPs differ from public addresses. Fallback chain: override → public IP → internal address.
  • Branding — customise the customer portal appearance: company name, tagline, logo URL, favicon emoji, accent colour, support email, support URL, terms URL, footer text, default currency, and custom CSS injection.
  • Database — configure an optional central MySQL/MariaDB server for customer databases with a built-in connection test. Settings: host, port, username, database name.
